The San Telmo Group exists for a love of bold flavours, vibrant culture, and the primal art of cooking over charcoal. It all began in 2011, when a dream of bringing a true Argentine parrilla to Melbourne came to life with the opening of San Telmo. Since then, the group has evolved into a diverse collection of restaurants—each with its own identity, but all united by fire.
From the rich Italian influences found in the dishes at Palermo to the Spanish-leaning flair of Asado, from the bright, coastal Peruvian flavours at Pastuso to the refined elegance of Japanese charcoal grilling at Robata, each venue celebrates its cultural roots while embracing the simplicity and power of cooking over flame.
