This masterclass combines the expertise of Sous Chef Felipe and Junior Sous Chef Juan with Pastuso’s diverse selection of Pisco to deliver a fun and intimate experience for Pastuso fans alike.
Learn from the experts about how to make our acclaimed Pisco Sour and taste the difference between the most exclusive Peruvian Piscos available in the market, then Felipe and Juan will show how to select seafood for ceviche (paying particularly close attention to the seasons) as well as how to prepare and serve this classic dish.
